But if you have changed your mind on a trip to Lapland and you want to ask for a refund, you’ll have to let the Santa’s Lapland customer service team know in writing (be it email or post) or over the phone. When your booking is confirmed, you will pay a deposit of £150 per person. Unfortunately this is non-refundable if you later wish to cancel.
To keep cancellation charges at a maximum of £150 per person, you’ll have to notify Santa’s Lapland of your wish to cancel 70 days or more before your departure date. If the trip is between 28-69 days out then you’ll be charged 60% of the total fee, and 80% if the holiday is 22-27 days from starting. If the trip is 21 days or less away and you cancel, or if you just don’t show up to departures, then you’ll have to pay 100% of the fee. If you merely wish to amend names or details for the trip then Santa’s Lapland will try to do that, but this may incur administration fees or even cancellation fees if close to the departure date.
