Travel from the UK to Asia and Australia for less with Singapore Airlines discount codes

Singapore Airlines fly to plenty of places across the globe, so despite what the name suggests, they don’t exclusively operate in one country. Whilst mainly operating in Asia, they do also travel to many top European cities as well as the USA and South Africa. With some airlines, there can be plenty of expensive upfront fees or sometimes nasty hidden costs (especially from budget airlines), but Singapore Airlines offer you both quality and affordability. Here are a few things they’re doing to help passengers like you save money:

Fare Deals – The best place to find the latest offers on flights and destinations is their fare deals page. Constantly updating and adding brilliant new deals, this is a must-visit place if you’re wanting to holiday abroad but you don’t quite know where you want to go. Also if you’re operating on a budget, there’s a high chance that at least one of these deals will be within your price range. As well as browsing through their offers you can use their search tools to find your perfect cut-price vacation. Popular destinations include Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur and Hanoi.

KrisFlyer Promotions – Singapore Airlines have a few schemes that loyal customers can sign up to, but the best one is the KrisFlyer scheme. You can earn miles when you fly with Singapore Airlines and SilkAir as well as over 30 partners. You can also gain miles when you’re travelling on the ground and when you spend money in their shop, KrisFlyer Spree. Many of their membership benefits can be found in their promotions section, where you can save even more on fare deals and on things like hotels, car rentals and travel add-ons too. And if you’re a frequent flyer with Singapore Airlines, take a look at KrisWorld, their souped up in-flight entertainment service that you can access if you’re a KrisFlyer member:

Newsletter – One quick and hassle-free way to find out about their special offers and deals first, as well as the latest updates, is by signing up to their email newsletter. All you have to do is fill in a quick form on their website and you’ll be subscribed. You can sign up here and you can opt out of email communications at any time.

How do I use Singapore Airlines discount vouchers?

They’re pretty easy to use. If you’re looking at an offer that has a ‘Get Offer’ button next to it, then that means you don’t need any Singapore Airlines promotional codes to claim that offer, just hit the button to be taken to their site. If a deal has a ‘Get Code’ button right by it, then you will require a code. Click the button to open a pop up. Inside the pop up you should click where it says ‘Reveal & Copy Code’. Once you do, the code will be pasted to your clipboard and in a new tab, the Singapore Airlines website will open up. So go there to do your shopping like normal, then don’t forget to paste your code in at the checkout when prompted. What is Singapore Airlines’ Refunds Policy?

If you’ve booked a refundable ticket, then you are eligible for a full refund, which you can request on their website. However, you may have to pay a cancellation fee. If you don’t purchase a refundable ticket, then you won’t receive a full refund; the only money you’ll get back is any taxes you paid on top of your booking. To claim a refund, all you have to do is to enter your booking number in the ‘manage booking’ section, click on the ‘cancel booking’ link and be guided through a few easy steps. You can even claim a refund for part of a journey if it’s within the fare conditions of your ticket. If your flight has been cancelled then Singapore Airlines should be in touch to provide you with an update, and you should receive a refund no matter which type of ticket you’ve bought. If you’ve made your booking through a travel agent instead of Singapore Airlines then you’ll have to get in touch with the travel agent first.

Need to Contact Singapore Airlines Customer Services?

There are plenty of ways you can reach Singapore Airlines if you need to. Depending on which country - and sometimes even which city - you’re in, the contact details you’ll need can vary. In the UK, they operate in London and Manchester. If you want to contact their ticket office as you’re enquiring about reservations, you can call 020 8961 6993. Their reservations email is [email protected] and for all other enquiries you can get in touch with [email protected]. The phone number and email addresses are the same for both Manchester and London, but details for things like lost and found can be different. For a full list of numbers and addresses, take a look here. They also have a live chat function on their website if you’re looking for a super quick response. You can find Singapore on social media if you wish to follow them, they’re on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

Your Need to Know Guide to Booking with Singapore Airlines

Cabins – There are a few different cabin types on Singapore Airlines flights. The cheapest of course is economy class, but despite being the least expensive, they still give you generous amounts of space, even if the seat in front of you is reclining. The class one above economy is premium economy, something that isn’t seen on all airlines. The seats have greater width, you have more leg room and you still don’t have to pay a super expensive rate either. Business class is perfect for those on a work trip whilst first class is as luxurious as you could expect from a quality airline. For the ultimate hotel luxury, you may choose to opt for a suite instead. Individual cabins, a separate bed instead of a converted chair and a restaurant service make this option the height of opulence.

Baggage Allowances – For your checked baggage allowance, the weight you’re allowed to bring on board depends not only on what cabin you’re flying in, but also whether you have certain memberships. For example, in standard economy class the allowance is 30kg. If you’re a member of their KrisFlyer Elite Gold scheme it's 50kg and for the PPS Club it’ll be 60kg. For suites, first class and business you’re allowed two pieces of hand luggage weighing up to 7kg each. For economy and premium economy you’re allowed one up to 7kg. They are very flexible on things like handbags and camera bags, meaning they don’t count towards your hand luggage total.
