You Raise Me Up was founded in June 2011 by Jane and Fraser Brooks after the devastating loss of their daughter, Megan, at the young age of 17. Their purpose is clear: to provide unwavering support to families in East Sussex, West Sussex, and Kent who have suffered the heartbreaking loss of a young person between 16 and 25.

They understand the profound impact such a loss has on families. They don't offer empty words, but rather, a compassionate presence and the unwavering belief that "they totally understand." Their team of experienced counselors, including those specializing in children and adolescents, stands ready to guide you through the darkest of times.
